1.1. Acceptance of these Rules is mandatory for participation in etarg.network as a webmaster or advertiser.
1.2. In the event of a violation of these Rules, the network administration reserves the right to block the user’s account, including their financial balance.
1.3. If a repeat registration of a user who has previously violated these Rules is detected, the network administration also reserves the right to block the new account, including its financial balance.

2.1. Websites without traffic statistics are not accepted — an external traffic counter must be present.
2.2. Throughout the cooperation period, the etarg.network administration must always have access to the participant’s website statistics. Without valid access to statistics, payments will not be made.
2.3. The participant’s website must have at least 3,000 unique visitors per day over the last 7 days.
2.4. At least 60% of the traffic must come from search engines.
2.5. Websites containing any of the following are not allowed to participate in etarg.network:

2.5.1. promotion of violence, racial or other forms of discrimination, or propaganda against any individual, group, or organization;
2.5.2. calls for extremist actions, incitement of social, racial, national, or religious hatred, promotion or public display of Nazi attributes or symbols, or any other prohibited content;
2.5.3. any content violating copyright laws;

2.6. Any form of “artificial traffic generation” (including automated, manual, surfing services, or encouraging visitors to click on ads) is strictly prohibited. The administration reserves the right to withhold payments to webmasters suspected of artificial traffic until full access to detailed traffic statistics — particularly search traffic — is provided:

2.6.1. Non-standard ad placement (inside pop-ups, clickunders, video players, etc.) without prior approval from your manager is prohibited. Otherwise, the administration reserves the right to deny payment;

2.7.1. payments to webmasters are made weekly, every Monday;
2.7.2. the minimum payout amount is from 2.50 USD, depending on the payment method;

3.1. The ad content must correspond to the content of the page linked to by the advertisement.
3.2. It is forbidden to upload duplicate or identical images.
3.3. Ads containing photos of diseases, images of human body parts with severe obesity, explicit erotic content, frames from horror movies, or similar materials are not accepted.
3.4. The improper use of capital letters in ad text and titles is prohibited.
3.5. Financial Terms:

3.5.1. advertisers must make a 100% prepayment for services rendered;
3.5.2. the minimum deposit amount is 50 USD;
3.5.3. to withdraw funds from the advertiser’s account, it is necessary to contact a manager;

3.6. The creation of more than one account is prohibited. If two or more accounts belonging to the same user are detected, the advertising network administration reserves the right to block them without refund.
3.7. The use of redirect links is prohibited, except for links from well-known affiliate programs.
3.8. Campaigns involving antiviruses, subscriptions, wap-clicks, surveys, or sweepstakes are not allowed.
3.9. Campaigns leading to pages that contain third-party ad network blocks or are overloaded with external advertising are prohibited.
3.10. Replacing transit or landing pages without resubmitting them for moderation is prohibited.

4.1. The etarg.network administration reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time without prior notice to Partners. Partners are responsible for independently monitoring changes to these Rules and complying with them.
4.2. The etarg.network administration reserves the right to terminate cooperation with any Partner at any time.
