From which countries do you buy traffic?
We purchase traffic from any country.
How much will I earn?
To help you estimate your potential earnings in our system, we display the average CPM for the previous day — that is, the average revenue per 1,000 impressions. Knowing the total number of ad impressions on your website, you can easily calculate your approximate income.
How often are payments made?
All payments are processed automatically every Monday for the previous week.
Why didn’t I receive my payment for the past week?
Payments and payout requests are both processed on Mondays. If the payout request wasn`t created, please check the following:
- Whether your payment details are specified in your profile;
- Whether the “Payouts” checkbox is activated in your profile;
- Whether your earnings for the billing period meet the minimum payout amount required for your chosen payment method.
How long does ad moderation take?
On weekdays, moderation usually doesn’t take much time. To speed up the process, you can always contact our online support team.
Why was my teaser ad rejected?
Our network does not accept teaser ads that contain photos of diseases, images of body parts of people with severe obesity, explicit erotic content, or scenes from horror movies. If your rejected teaser doesn’t match any of these descriptions, please contact our support service.
How to work with blacklists?
You can use our {{site_id}} macro to pass site IDs into your conversion tracking system. Then, provide the support team with the IDs of the sites that didn’t perform well for you, along with the campaign name, so they can add those sites to your blacklist.
For more precise analysis, you can use the {{teaser_id}} macro, which transmits the ad ID in the system.
Both macros should be added to the link when creating/editing an ad.
Important: A site is automatically removed from the blacklist 2 months after being added. The blacklist is also cleared if a campaign has no statistics for the last 15 days. If after that period we still work with this site — trust us, it’s worth taking another look at it.
How many characters can be used in the title and description?
You can use up to 25 characters in the title and 75 characters in the description.
What is a tracking pixel?
This is a tool that allows you to count the number of target actions (leads). To set it up, go to the Tools section, create a tracking pixel, and place the generated code on the “thank you” page (the page shown after a completed action). Then, when setting up your campaign, select the appropriate pixel from the list to send conversion data to statistics.
What is a Post URL?
This is a tool that automatically pulls conversion data into etarg.network statistics. To set it up, please contact your personal manager.
What is retargeting?
This is a tool that allows to show ads again only to those visitors who have already viewed the page of the advertised product or service. To set it up, you need to create a retargeting pixel in the tools section and place the resulting code on the product or service page. Then, when setting up your campaign, select the corresponding pixel from the list.
What are the image requirements for ads?
The ad image must have a resolution of 250×250 pixels and a file size not exceeding 100 KB.
Can I use identical or similar ads?
No. Identical or similar ads will not pass moderation and will be blocked.
What are the minimum bids in the system?
There are no minimum bids. Our network uses an auction-based ranking system for ads on each individual traffic source. The CPM ranking is used as a criterion when building an ad queue. It is calculated for each ad based on its bid and CTR.
Why is my ad getting small amount of traffic?
The CPM ranking of your ad is lower than that of other advertisers. To solve this problem, you can increase the price or create a new, more clickable ad.
Can I use the same email address to create both advertiser and webmaster accounts?
No. Each account must be registered with a separate email address.
How often is the statistics data updated?
The statistics are updated every 5 minutes.
